Solitaire with a song in her heart

Turned her back on all that she knew

I was inspired by the first verse of this song. The young woman has just discovered her prince charming with another woman. She has run to the lake where she is getting rid of her engagement ring. The sun is just begining to rise and the stars are fading along with her dreams of living in a castle with her love. The rain is falling as if to mirror her saddness.
